Property layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the photographs.
Also contained in this new document drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing distinct parts of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, featuring plans for dock shelters.
Additional documentation made public as part of the current investigative process.
